We are all on the pursuit of happiness. Some knowingly, others unknowingly. Some have lost their motivation or do not realize that life is about bettering ourselves and others. My goal is to try and put as much positive energy into each day with hopes that it will bring a smile to someone who is upset, a purpose to someone who is lost, or just a momentary escape from everyday troubles in an effort to gain understanding of what it means to truly live.

War is a series of catastrophes that results in a victory.
Thank you to all that serve for protecting our liberties and freedom. Let us not forgot the severe cost of life that this ONE individual has caused over the past 10 years. Knowing many who have served, suffered, and been lost in the name of our country, THANK YOU ALL! However, I do feel like we may have stirred up the hornet's nest with all of this. Only time will tell. Hope for the best, and realize the power that one person can have for driving the forces of good or evil. Let's all stay on the good side and treat everyone as we would our own.

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
Often the goal is nearer than
Success is failure turned inside out -

Live in the moment. Make every moment count and focus on trying to get as much happiness and positivity out of the current state that you are in. When we worry about the future we are neglecting the precious gift of time that we are experiencing in the moment. That is one of the reasons it is called the "present". It truly can be a gift to anyone that fully is cognizant of the exact moment of being alive here and now. Try doing it for just one day. Tell yourself you are going to deal with everyday responsibilities as they come up but not let them draw your focus away from all the positives in that exact moment of time. Enjoy every second of every minute of every hour of just one day. See how exhausting it is.Realize how we have trained our minds to constantly look ahead instead of feeling right now constantly. Imagine if you could train yourself to find and fully absorb all of the positive things in your life in every breath. When we are content in the moment we are truly living life. In my opinion. I'm curious to hear your reaction.
